Individual Therapy: is a one-on-one process where a trained therapist helps a client explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to address personal challenges. It provides a safe, supportive environment to develop coping strategies, self-awareness, and tools for personal growth.
Family therapy: is a form of therapy that focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within a family system. It helps family members understand one another, address shared challenges, and work collaboratively toward healthier dynamics and solutions.
Domestic Violence/Trauma: Focused Approach: Specialized support for survivors of domestic violence and trauma.
Adult Treatment Programs: Anger management, Outpatient Substance Abuse, Treatment, Court Approved, and Self Referred.
DCFS Cases: Support for families involved with the Department of Children and Family Services.
Behavioral Therapy: Evidence-based approach to address maladaptive behaviors.
Child Play Therapy: Utilizes play to promote emotional expression and healing in children.
Family Programs: Parenting Classes (English and Spanish), Family and Individual Therapy, and Couples counseling.
Telehealth: Flexible online therapy for your convenience.
